For all rugs purchased from UniqRugs Inc., we offer a voluntary return policy in addition to any applicable rights you may have under US consumer law. The voluntary return period begins after any mandatory return period has ended and runs for 31 days from the date you receive the goods. Timely shipment of the returned item is sufficient to meet the deadline.
To qualify for a voluntary return, the item must be returned in its original condition – intact, unused, undamaged, and properly packaged in its original or equivalent packaging. If you would like to use our return service, please contact our customer support via email (info@naintrading.com) or phone. You will then receive return instructions and a return label by email. If you are unable to print the label, we can alternatively send the return documents to you by post.
Please note: The 31-day return option does not apply to customized items or purchased gift cards.
Returns using our return service are free of charge. We do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery. If you choose to return the goods on your own (e.g., by mail), we will not reimburse the shipping costs.
